We have the capability to work with each prospective Tenant to develop an interior layout to assist the Tenant in conceptualizing the use of the space.
Our Retail Consulting personnel have designed entire department store interiors and therefore we can also provide space utilization layouts for "Big Box" spaces and/or studies on how "Big Box" spaces may be subdivided.
